    老板是一个在瑞士法语区长大的意大利人，因为夫人的关系在威尼斯定居，所以他会说流利的法语和意大利语。这是为什么我入住的几天有好几对法国夫妇。早上用餐时他会亲自服务，如果有机会和他交谈，你会发现他是一个非常有趣的老先生。 旅店其实在水上巴士1号线Rialto Market站(意大利语拼写略有区别），Venezia S. Lucia站下来后在小广场上可以看到售票亭，单程票是7.5欧元，所以建议直接购买日票（视自己的行程安排定）。 旅店在小巷子里，所以远离游客出入的大道，晚上还是很静谧。

    我住的是单人间，在餐厅的边上，所以其他住客出入时，房间里还是会听到声音，隔音不是很好。房间走动空间比- 较小，收拾行李箱不是很方便。 旅店早上11点后，老板就外出工作，所以在这之后入住的房客按门铃老板会通过远程遥控开门，钥匙挂在门右侧- 的黑板上，找到自己的名字即可。但是可能因为没有提前告知，我直到第二天早上用餐才知道原来有三间在不同层- 的厕所可以使用（好汉差点被憋死）。 最后就是旅店的位置，我到站后在附近绕了好久，离线地图请用起来。
